Chief Executive Officer
Glen began his career in the NYPD and rose through the ranks to become Chief of Police of a New York municipal police department in a suburb of New York City. Chief Jacobsen also served as a police instructor and as an accreditor for the NYS Division of Criminal Justice Services. Known for his innovative and proactive approaches to safety and security, he is currently a senior security professional with significant global risk management experience within diverse corporate sectors. His specialties include investigations, site security, aviation security, hospital security, emergency management, counter-terror, and crisis management. Glen brings his clients over 30 years of experience, training, and managerial skills as a police executive and security director, and is well versed in the protocols and procedures pursuant to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the NYC Dept. of Homeless Services. He is also certified by the NYS Office of Mental Health as a trainer in Preventing and Managing Crisis Situations (PMCS). Glen is a member of the New York State and Nassau County Police Chiefs Associations and the American Society for Industrial Security. In his free time, he enjoys serving as a Master Mason in his local lodge of Free and Accepted Masons in the State of New York.
Chief Operating Officer
Parth serves as our Director of Operations and is responsible for overseeing the operations, business development, profitability along with the growth and development of Priority-1 Security. Parth is a highly motivated, talented and respected leader with more than 20 years of experience in the security industry. Parth's career started as a Security Officer and through his hard work and determination, he was able to rise up the ranks in our industry. Some of the roles and titles he has held in the past include: Shift Supervisor, Site Supervisor, Field Supervisor, Operations Supervisor, Account Manager, Operations Manager, District Manager and Regional Manager. Parth's specialties are in Operations, Financial Analytics, Human Resources, Business Development and Client Relations.
During his tenure in the security industry, Parth has received numerous awards, recognition accolades for his outstanding work in client retention, organic growth, company profitability, non-billable overtime benchmark, raising the industry training standards and employee retention. Some of Parth's specialty skill set and training include: Operations Management, Event Management, Loss Prevention, Risk Management, Crisis Management, Retail Operations, Corporate Operations, Covert/Overt Operations/Investigations, Concierge Management, Warehouse Security, Distribution Center Security, Warehouse Operations, Fire Safety Director Management, Pharmaceutical Security, Payroll, Scheduling, Training, Employee Development, and Information Security.
Parth has a Master of Science degree in National Security with concentration in Corporate Security from New Jersey City University. Parth also has numerous industry specific training/ certifications and makes it a point to constantly stay current and continue learn new skill-sets. During his spare time, Parth enjoys spending time with his family, reading self help books, watching sports, listening to music, working out, coaching, volunteering and traveling.
Vice President of Business Development
Michael Ombres is a National Management-level Sales and Business Development professional with more than 30 years of experience in the Business Intelligence, Information Services, and Security industries. Michael has had the good fortune to be able to gain his experience by working his way through varying functions of his organizations: from starting in a mailroom, to Consumer Relations, Customer Service, Sales Support, Account Management, Sales, to Sales Management. Having grown via the corporate ladder has allowed Michael to craft a broad base of experience that helps him create value for the organizations he partners with, giving him a unique perspective to understand and apply synergies that yield the greatest benefit to the business leaders he works with.
Throughout his career, Michael has been successful in managing and growing revenue from single multi-million dollar accounts, to hunting for new business on the local, regional, and national levels. He has been responsible for the leadership of a National Sales Division, a team of inside Sales and Marketing Representatives, a sales force of independent contractors, and the operations of a Customer Service Department. Michael attributes his success to the fact that the people he does business with do not view him as a salesperson, but rather as a consultative and trusted advisor who takes the time to develop a deep understanding of their business needs and provide solutions that matter. In his spare time, Michael enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, artwork, and playing golf.
Business Development Specialist
Adam began his career in the United States Navy as a Logistics Specialist, serving aboard the USS Harry Truman (CVN75) during the war in Afghanistan and Operation Iraqi Freedom. While enlisted in the Armed Forces, Adam also received his Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA. Adam also served as a member of the NJIT Police Dept. receiving 2 meritorious awards for his actions in the line of duty.
In the private security world, Adam has successfully managed all areas of security, specializing in Event Security, Corporate Security, Fire Safety, as well as many other facets of the Private Security world. Since joining the Priority 1 Security team, he has Managed our Brooklyn District operations as well as special events/details in the NYC area. In his new role as Business development specialist, He has taken on the role of developing new partnerships throughout the NY/NJ area and beyond.
In his spare time, Adam enjoys time with his family, watching football, boxing, and the occasional cook out.
